When you register on the Platform, we collect your name, email address, organization name, and any other details you provide during setup. This information is used to create and manage your account and to communicate with you about the Platform.
3. Case Information
The Platform stores case records, debtor information, claim details, and related data that you submit. This information is processed in order to operate the Platform's core functions and is accessible only to authorized users within your organization and any partners you choose to involve.
4. Uploaded Documents
Documents uploaded to the Platform are stored securely and used solely in connection with the case to which they relate. DebtoNote does not use uploaded documents for any purpose beyond providing the Platform's services.
5. Communication Records
The Platform logs communication activity, including outreach events, responses, and timeline entries, to support case management and provide an auditable record of actions taken. These records are accessible to authorized users of the relevant case.
6. Analytics
We collect aggregated usage data to understand how the Platform is used, to identify areas for improvement, and to maintain service performance. Analytics data is not linked to individual case content.
